The Countenance of God

For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright. (Psalm 11:7)

The Lord always looks to the direction of the righteous (the man or woman of truth), to listen to his prayers. God opposes iniquity and those who practice it. The fact that wicked people are alive does not mean God is unjust or He can't judge the wicked. According to Ecclessiates 3:1,

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."

One thing every man should note is that there is a day of trouble for every man, the book of proverb calls that day, the day of adversity. When that day comes then you will know those who serve God and those who do not.
Sorry to note that a lot of people forget about the evil day. Job's evil day came but the Lord delivered him from it. At lot of great men, prophets in the bible all came to an evil day, but was delivered by God. Daniel in the Lion's den. Shedrack, Meshack, and Abednego in the furnance of fire. Elijah being threathen by Jezebel. David escaping the evil of  King Saul. And, Jesus being delivered from the power of death the third day. All these saw the day of adversity but got deliverance because they seek, and build their trust in God.

Now the wicked has no hope in the day of adversity. While he is doing is evil, he does it without considering God, so in the day of adversity God will not hear his cry.

God will always remember the righteous.
