You need to understand that the devil is against the health of every soul. Most sicknesses and diseases are attacks from hell. Satan and his gangs are offensive to scatter the soul of the sheep (the righteous). Satan does not walk alone (you may wonder!), he walks with his gangs. Then who are his gangs?
The devil sends his attacks through demons (unclean spirits or devils). Paul in 2 Corinthians 12: gave a testimony of how he was attacked in his flesh by the messenger of Satan, that is, how he was attacked by a demon. A demon can attack a soul through dreams. I had a dream some time ago when I find myself eating in a strange place. I took the dream lightly when I woke up, but later I started feeling pains in my stomach. I thought it was a minor issue. I took some medication to try to calm it down, but to no avail. Then the HolySpirit brought my mind to dream I had. Immediately I realized the dream, I prayed on my stomach and the pains disappeared. That's what Jesus tries to explain in Matthew 13:25,
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Witches and wizards are also his gang. Witches are also called Jezebels. In Revelation 2:20-23, Jesus pointed out to Jezebel. Note: it's not the Jezebel in the days of Elijah, but a witch in the church. Today, there're many Jezebels arround us and we do not know. Herodias and her daughter were Jezebels, they both teamed to murder John the baptist.
Witches and wizards are satanic prophets, or the prophets of Satan whichever. Just as God works with prophets so also do Satan works with his prophets. Beware of witches and wizards to stay healthy. You can read my other post The Enemies of A Christian.
3 Keys To Divine Health
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
From that scripture we see that there are three (3) keys to divine health:
1. Power
2. Love
3. Sound mind.
Then the doorway to sickness- the spirit of Fear.
Power is a sense gift, spiritual gift from God. Power is whereby your spiritual eyes, ears, tongue of fire, skin and nose are enlightened. If you lack spiritual sensitivity, you lack power. God wants His children to be a sign and a wonder, not to be in sick bed. So, power is needed to watch; power is needed to pray so you won't fall into temptation.
Love is another key necessary for spiritual and physical health. By drawing closer to God you become stronger in your inside personality, in your faith. Love is in fellowship with light; while lost or lust is in fellowship with darkness. There is no fear, or condemnation in perfect love.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love (1 John 4:18).
You see, the spirit of love cast out the spirit of fear. Fear brings torment....
The last key is sound mind. Sound mind is the mind of wisdom. As the book of Proverbs puts it: "wisdom is the principal thing," we need to apply wisdom in our daily life. Avoid foods that are dangerous to your health. Also avoid activity that are dangerous. You would also need the benefits of health information online from professional doctors in order to keep yourself healthy and happy.
